i

Definition:

Japanese follows SOV (Subject-Object-Verb) order. Verb always at sentence end. Modifiers come before modified words.

r

Connection Rules:

SOV: 私は(S)本を(O)読む(V)。Particles mark grammatical roles allowing flexible word order. Topic-comment structure: XはYだ (X as for Y is).

e

Example:

私は本を読む。

I read a book.

昨日友達と映画を見た。

I watched a movie with a friend yesterday.

!

Confusion Points:

Word order flexibility: Particles allow reordering for emphasis. を can be omitted in casual speech. AI must identify grammatical roles via particles not position.
