Verbs conjugate for tense (non-past/past), polarity (affirmative/negative), politeness (plain/polite), and voice (passive/causative/potential).

Connection Rules:

Godan: 書く→書かない(ない)書きます(ます)書いた(た)書けば(ば)書こう(意志)。Ichidan: 食べる→食べない食べます食べた食べれば食べよう。Irregular: する→しないしますしたすればしよう。来る→こないきますきたくればこよう

Example:

毎日勉強します。

I study every day.

昨日映画を見た。

I watched a movie yesterday.

Confusion Points:
