Capítulo 19: Nueva Esperanza
On the way to the city, Mother asked me, "What do you want to do in the future?"

I thought for a moment and said, "I want to write something, record the stories of my hometown, record the lives of the villagers."

Mother said, "Good, I will definitely read the articles you write."
Madre dijo: "Bien, definitivamente leeré los artículos que escribas".
I smiled and said, "Okay."
Sonreí y dije: "Está bien".
Yes, I want to write. I want to write the stories of my hometown, write the story of Run Tu, write the stories of those farmers. I want to let more people know that there are still many people in this society living very difficult lives, that there are still many unfair places in this society.
Sí, quiero escribir. Quiero escribir las historias de mi ciudad natal, escribir la historia de Run Tu, escribir las historias de esos agricultores. Quiero que más personas sepan que todavía hay muchas personas en esta sociedad viviendo vidas muy difíciles, que todavía hay muchos lugares injustos en esta sociedad.
Perhaps, my articles cannot change anything, but at least, I can record these stories and let more people know.
Quizás, mis artículos no puedan cambiar nada, pero al menos, puedo registrar estas historias y dejar que más personas lo sepan.
This is my new hope.
